Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Oats
- 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- ½ Cup Almond
- 1/3 Cup Sunflower Seed
- ½ Cup Cashew
- ½ Cup Raisins
- ¼ Cup Pista
- ½ Cup Honey
- ½ Cup Blended Dates
Method
- Roast oats, chia seeds, pistachios, cashews, almonds and sunflower seeds together
- Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool
- Once cooled, add dates, honey and raisins.
- Line and grease a 6-inch pan. Add the mixture to the pan, press it evenly and refrigerate for an hour
- Once set cut into bars and serve
