Flax seed mixture is a perfect recipe for vegetarian / vegan to get their dose of omega-3 from natural food source.
- Flax seeds- 1 cup
- Bengal gram- 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves 1/2 cup
- Garlic cloves 3-4 no.
- Oil- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric, chill powder and salt- as per the taste
- Bring the pan to heat, add ½ tsp of oil followed by Bengal gram, curry leaves and garlic cloves, cook until they turn brown.
- Add flax seeds and spices as per the taste and mix them well, simmer the flame and allow it to cook for 10 mins.
- Once the mixture cools down, garnish it with crushed peanuts (optional) and this super delicious namkeen is ready to eat.
