Garlic Mushroom Soup

Garlic Mushroom soup contains antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties helping to boost the immune system.

Ingredients 

  • 50 grams Mushroom
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 Cup water
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper 
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce 
  • 1 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves 
  • 1 tsp oil 
  • Salt as per required 

Method 

  • Saute garlic onion together in oil until onion turns brown and add chopped mushroom , water, soya sauce and pepper 
  • Cover with a lid and simmer the soup for 10 min 
  • Top it with coriander and its ready
