Garlic Mushroom soup contains antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties helping to boost the immune system.
Ingredients
- 50 grams Mushroom
- 1 Small Onion
- 2 Cup water
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt as per required
Method
- Saute garlic onion together in oil until onion turns brown and add chopped mushroom , water, soya sauce and pepper
- Cover with a lid and simmer the soup for 10 min
- Top it with coriander and its ready
