Rainbow Salad

A vibrant salad with a perfect crunch, packed with fibre and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped red cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp roasted sunflower seeds

For salad dressing,

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method of preparation:

  • Mix all the chopped vegetables into a bowl.
  • Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
  • Serve and enjoy!
