- 1 cup chopped red cabbage
- 1 cup chopped green cabbage
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tsp roasted sunflower seeds
For salad dressing,
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
